Can you confirm that I am registered for Family Reunion?
When you registered for one of our courses you should have received a confirmation email with your reference number. You will need this if you wish to modify your registration.
If you do not appear on your Market Centers report, there is a high probability your KWUID was typed incorrectly into your registration. Please reach out to your MCA, as they have been given instructions on how to fix this problem.
If someone else has registered you, they have the ability to CC your email into the registration, so you will be kept in the loop! They also will have the initial confirmation email, and should be able to forward that to you.
You have the option to modify a registration, following the Transfer/Modify FAQ, and add a CC email into the registration, so everyone gets the information they need.
If neither you or the person who has registered you can find the confirmation email with your reference number and you do not appear on a report, feel free to email email@example.com and we will be happy to check on your registration for you!
